"It was very great spending my days at the house. I was very satisfied about everything especially the host. She was very caring and sweet. I was received all the services that I need on time. She is a hard worker and she did great. I don’t have any complaints. And honestly I’m looking forward to come back soon."

"I booked a seven-bedroom and only got a four-bedroom; the staff and the VRRO host took over half our trip to get things corrected, so I only got suitable accommodations for two nights of my five-night stay. Then, for the days I had to stay in the four, i never got reimbursed for thier mix up so two of the guest had to sleep in uncomfortable situation. They refused to give me a refund of the difference in price for the 4 verus the 7."

"This is a beautiful house with a very large master suite upstairs. The three bedrooms downstairs were decent sized, two of which used the hall bathroom, the other had a private bathroom. Soap was not available when we arrived but there is a small store right inside the entrance of the gated community that had just about every basic need available. "I loved the cove of our Casa Marina beach. The water is gorgeous. Service at the bars is good, drinks are good (I only had a few), nice staff. Waiter staff was excellent! Food at buffet was fantastic! We loved the buffet - fruit, international options, variety, healthy . . . Coffee and wine were great! We loved the Select seating area and service there. Nice seat by the water to eat in quiet surroundings. Small coffee shop is good too. Adults only is good - but there were a few kids on the beach during the day. Entertainment in the outdoor theater was wonderful!!! The grounds and landscaping is pretty and well-maintained. Spa - massage was good but the hot tub was weird and cool temperature. Only issues- * We didn't get a beach chair - need a few more. * We needed an umbrella for the afternoon at the beach but there weren't any available. * We left beach towels on a chair for just an hour and it was gone - we reported to the desk immediately, but we were not allowed to get another one. * The restaurant we made reservations at - near to our room: it was not very good food. It was disappointing. The buffet was much better. * Shower water was cool and a bit warm - but not hot. * Guest was smoking IN the pool and using plastic water bottle to put butts! Is this allowed? I think there should be a rule against this. She was also playing music and talking very loudly. Is that allowed? OVERALL - We really enjoyed this place and our few days there. "
