I travel several times a year to the Dominican Republic. I find this hotel alway clean and safe. Just wish it had an elevator when placed on top floors.

I like the staff that serve in the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful, I really loved that about them. The thing that I didn't like, was the route to go to the restaurant, you have to walk from the second floorof the hotel, and go outside like going to the street, and get into the restaurant, the real inconvenience, was when it was raining. They provided umbrella, but I would rather for them to have an opening from the hotel to the restaurant or cover the qrea from down the stairs to the restaurant. I already commented that to one of the management staff. Who was very kind and understanding to listen to me.
