"This is a great location on the island. The staff was very polite and helpful with everything. The rooftop bar had great views and good drinks. We couldn’t go in the ocean on the property cuz of the waves, but north beach is just a short couple minute walk away. Plus, it was nice to lay on our beach since it was very private. We usually don’t go in the water much so it didn’t bother us. We most likely would go to the same hotel again next time we are on the island. "

"This place is beautiful, quiet and has my kind of vibe. If you're looking for a larger resort/condo accommodation you won't like Na Balam. It's more laid back here. They have ten rooms with balconies facing a small pool and hot tub, a good sized shower with a mini fridge, yoga three times a day, and beach access across the street at Playa Norte. The restaurant was a bit pricey but fantastic. The staff is lovely and I was really pleased with our stay."

"We loved our stay! It was a good location for watching all the coming and goings of the many boats and ferries visiting Isla. Staff were amazing. There is a small pool overlooking the marina. Overall it was a good place to stay for our four days on the island. "

"This was my 1st time at Isla and was solo. I stayed at 4 locations, around the island to explore as much as possible. For location to the main downtown, restaurants, shopping, playa central public beach, this place is by the best. It was tidy, hot water, tv, wifi, mini fridge, all functioned perfectly the whole stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I felt very safe there. The pool area was very nice and great view. Sitting on my personal balcony watching the sunrise is so wonderful too....

"We spent December 30 and 31 at this property. The island was hopping, rowdy and joyous. Casa del Jaguar was a quiet, elegant oasis from the partying when we needed it. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, quiet and restful nights of sleep and a fantastic NYE day spent on a daybed in front of the hotel with outstanding service from Gaspar. Special shout out to the receptionist (one was from Brazil and the other from Argentina) who made our check-in super easy and were very welcoming. ...
