"I liked the idea that they have an office just by the Kyoto station where we can check in and leave our suitcases. They even took us to our hotel by 3pm. It was just perfect to start our stay in Kyoto. I had a lovely chat with the night manager who understood our needs. The staff were all very polite and helpful. They all made our stay very comfortable and we felt so welcomed. Thank you ever so much."
