"This was over New Years. It is a budget hotel so frills, room service and a pleather of staff milling round pandering to your every need is not going to happen. Staff are helpful and pleasant.was there for 5 days. Keep the room tidy as there is no maid service. If you want a warm comfortable room right in the centre of Amsterdam look no further. For me it was perfect, close to the train station and the city square. Everything was in a 10 minute walk. "

"You get what you pay for, you can’t complain. 5 stars as it just a walk away from the main train station and it is right in the middle of Amsterdam city Centre. Be prepared to walk up stairs as there was no elevator for the building. Once I arrived my room was actually upgraded to a better room which was nice but at the very top floor. I’m fairly athletic so it was not much of a hassle for me."

"I stayed in the hostel portion of the hotel/hostel. Just be mindful that they have a cash preferred 10€ keyfob rental 10€ umbrella rental Communal washroom / shower per floor. Decent amount of electrical plugs & lockers in the rooms. "

"Had just one option of a bathroom outside of the room, but was for me only to use, thou clean got flooded within few min of shower. Staff was great and straight. She let me checked in earlier as the people left earlier from my room which was the best thing ever "
