"Nice and clean. Staff friendly but a little confused at times. Some communication issues at front desk where staff seemed unable to give reliable information. Location safe but not many food options in the area. "

"This hotel is in a good location and not too far from the train station when wanting to get to Central Amsterdam, etc. There is a McDonald’s right outside the hotel and a few other shops which was very handy. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was there was no iron in the room and it’s a bit of an inconvenience having to leave your room every time to go and iron clothes on the second or third floor. Also, the AC in the room doesn’t get hot enough or cool enough...
