I jad high hopes as this hotel was recommended to me.....i believe most of the staff are the best thing about the hotel. They are so helpful and so nice. Our room was nice but i didmt sleep friday or saturday due to noise as the street outside is all partys. There was no window to open in room so no fresh air. The bathroom constantly smelt like sweage. On thr sunday i asked could the bed be changed and was told no as they only chamged if u stay 4 nights or more. I even asked could i have the sheets and i would do it myself and was still told no. Reception came 2 show me the heating twice as the room was freezing. Upon check out it was a different man on reception not asked how was your stay did you enjoy it etc. Location is amazing but something needs done with drains and window to prevent the noise that keeps customers awake at 5am in morning.

Cheap, run-down. I checked in, then checked out hours later and found another hotel. I didn’t bother complaining because I didn’t have the energy: Dingy carpeting, water leaks and puddles in the room; the sink would not drain and the television would not work to add insult to injury. The noise is horrendous: the floors are wooden and you can hear people above you jumping and moving around, disturbing my rest. It’s an old building that should be demolished.

Firstly, there is no reception, no front desk, and no staff there to help clear your doubts other than Mr. Thapa, whom in order to even call, you need a local sim/esim. Mr. Thapa himself was quite rude and disrespectful towards us. Unless you know the place well enough, you will get lost. The room itself is extremely small, dirty, and just overall unpleasant. On the bed sheets we found many dust particles and even hair strands. The entire room was dusty, even the simple act of breathing was a challenge. The bathroom barely had enough space for a toddler, and everything in it was rusty. There was a shared refrigerator which had overly expired food, it was nauseous.During our stay we found a cockroach and a gigantic rat that was probably subjected to so many chemicals it had evolved into a new life form. It was one of the worst experiences of our lives, the hotel is straight up disgusting and should consider options for improving their overall cleanliness.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and it is nothing like the pictures. Blood speckles on pillows, chunks missing out the walls, walls covered in hand prints, black and grease like marks, hole in the floor covered up by dirty stained carpets (which couldn’t be avoided when walking round the room) cramped rooms, no ventilation as the windows were broken, can hear guests walking round in the room above and it was as though they was going to come through the ceiling, room wasn’t cleaned during our stay either. Upon vacating the room we left our door cards on the reception desk as the staff didn’t pay attention to us therefore we wasn’t asked about our stay, couldn’t complain nor advise on changes that should be made to improve the hotel. Overall this hotel is a 1* at best and wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel . The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—situated in the heart of the city, everything I wanted to see and do was just a few minutes’ walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay in Amsterdam.
