Excellent stay with good service

"The hotel is clean and modern with lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with plenty of variety from cooked items eg bacon, scrambled eggs etc, pastries, sour dough breads, cheese, cold meats, yoghurt cereals fruit etc. The room was ideal for what we wanted very comfortable bed, air con if you needed it and a big plus for me the ability to have an open window. Tea and coffee were provided in the room as were toiletries in the bathroom. The reception area was large and spacious with tables and seating along with free tea and coffee making facility. The hotel is also well situated in the centre about 5-10 mins walk from Centraal Station and tram stops right outside the front door, making it very easy to get around ysung public transport. Would highly recommend and use again if we returned to Amsterdam. "

"Fantasy stay! The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The personnel were fabulous—so helpful particularly Joanna and Val. Joanna helped us navigate the city and surrounding area to get to museums. Everyone was kind, helpful and smiling. We had a lovely first meal in the restaurant. We showed just prior to King’s day but we had a great time because the staff helped us plan our excursions around the crowds. If we come back, we will definitely come back and we received to others. The breakfast was superb, recommend it highly. "

"Friendly staff. We arrived prior to check in and they were willing to hold our bags, but found out our room was ready and we could bring them up. We stayed in the wellness room and the tub, shower, and sauna worked and clean directions were provided. We had a great stay. "
