"Good size rooms and view of the water was good. Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep.. "This was a really nice 5-night stay at Hotel Estheréa for its walkable location to other parts of the the central city. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and restocked each day. The entire decor of the hotel felt like a work of art, and the lazy cats in the middle of the walkway were a big hit. Unfortunately I did experience one of the rudest hotel staff members I’ve ever come across so I need to downgrade the staff rating significantly. "Slightly off the beaten path, but absolutely a gem. The rooms are beautiful—bright, airy, and gorgeous designed. The staff? Incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. There’s a great spot to grab a bite on-site, plus a few restaurants just across the street. Best part: you can sleep with the window open. Just a 10-minute walk to Amsterdam’s main train station. Honestly, I wish I’d stayed for a week. I can see the hotel as a fantastic location for a conference, strategy meeting, or staff retreat."
