"So id like to start my review with saying i dont often leave a review unless it was exceptionally great or poor. This was definitely on the poor side. I got 2 confemation calls and a text stating that the amenities were down but the river was open. The callers also stated check in was at noon. They even had a big sign made that said the same thing. This was not the case as we arrived at 2:30 pm and the room was not ready. We were able to go to the caben but not enter till 4pm. To make matters...
