"Location and gym are excellent. Suites ok, although small TV with no Netflix. Intermittent internet access difficulties. But... difficulty with check in. Security at front desk said they would not release my room key without me telling them my room number. Had know way to know this - had to call Atlas Suites help line. First call went through to voice mail. Also difficult with checkout - dropped off keys uneventfully. Then received notice from Atlas Suites that they couldn't find them....

"Slates under the bed were broken and had to remove mattress to sleep on floor. Vertical blinds in bedroom were missing. No info about wifi, appliances etc. They had no idea about anything when checking in. We were very disappointed because the location was perfect."

"Our family absolutely loved this property! It is in a great location. Plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. The property itself is in excellent condition. Everything is modern and the kitchen is well stacked with dishware and cookware. All the instructions to check in and for parking is very clear. Any questions we had was returned with prompt replies. "Lovely spot to stay in and a very nice neighborhood to be located in. Close to downtown area within a 30 minute walk to CN tower. Bright and cheerful apartment. Only downfall was the furniture was fragile, esp. foot of bed and it was too hot to be comfortable in this small place. Air conditioning was not activated during our stay and despite a fan and very small window for ventilation, air was not moving. This made for very uncomfortable sleeping and enjoyment of this place. "
