"Nice place for a short stay. Staff were great. My Sisters check in took along time, well past 3pm. Still not checked in by tea time. Only down side was no electrical power points nxt to bed. I had to run extension cables which could of caused an accident getting up in the middle of the night."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and set up for a family as we needed. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, an odd decision to close the spa at the weekend when travellers are most likely to want to use it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but plenty to choose from. The cereal packets were quite a long way out of date. The traffic was quite loud from our room at the front of the hotel. A room at the back would be much better to be able to sleep through. Just...

"We stayed one night with our dog. I was a little doubtful on what the standard of room would be like due to us having a dog. The room was a good size, very clean and smelt pleasant. The grounds were also clean and plenty of small grassed areas for the dog to pop out. We stayed for breakfast which was hot snd tasty. All the staff where helpful and friendly. "

"Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...
