"I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. I couldn't do it on their website & didn't get responses from their email but the hotel confirmed everything through Expedia which was great. The buffets are amazing!! Really awesome place. "
