About a 30-60 minute drive to PEK (depending on traffic) and 60-90 minute drive to the Great Wall Mutianyu. The hotel breakfast was really good and had a variety of options. "Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Pool is nice and clean, there is safety guard sit by whenever any guest come to swim. Washing machine and dryer are useful, especially for family travel. "A perfect little gem of a hotel right in the centre of the hutongs. Very clean and welcoming with superb service from their staff (who speak English). The hotel is like a little museum to Chinese shadow art with so much information, examples and a library. An added bonus was the actual shadow art performance and demonstration by the puppeteer. "
