"We had an overall excellent stay with Tuscany. We were able to rest well at night after a long day. Pros: It is conveniently located at the heart center of Manhattan, walkable distance to subway stations, dinning and shopping. Staffs are welcoming. Rooms are extremely spacious for this location. "His property was very beautiful and unique. The safe was very helpful. My TV wouldn’t work in my room and I was able to get a room with a TV that work. It was my birthday celebration and I was treated like a Queen. The only down fall is my room was cold. I understand that the walls are glass but it was hard for me to adjust to the temperature. "

"Pretty good property for the price. Excellent area and friendly staff. A few cons about the particular room I was staying in. -No way to really adjust the temperature -Toilet made a lot of noise. My guess is something with the water pipes even though there were no issues with flushing"

"The hotel was very nice. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and nice bathroom with shower and large tub. It was nice have microwave in the room. View toward Hudson River was great from the 23rd floor. Staff was very helpful. It was also great having the Spa facilities in the hotel. Availability of a variety of restaurants close by was a bonus."
