"Although a little older in style and the room a little cold as the windows let in a draft - it was lovely - comfy bed, fantastic shower, big room with lots of space for clothes … and the staff and foyer very friendly and elegant. Super convenient to get to all attractions - so very good value for money."

"Great location. Charing Cross Station right Nextdoor and Embankment underground is right around the corner. It is also a fairly short walk to SoHo, Piccadilly, Westminster and Coventry Garden. Loved the hotel itself. Great buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely hotel in a fab location. The room was very dark with a brick wall as a view - the lighting wasnt great - but otherwise a wonderful stay! Gorgeous breakfast but my 12yr old was disappointed that there were no hash browns! "

"Fantastic and staff very helpful. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable and very clean and modern. Breakfast excellent and range of Gluten Free on menu and staff understanding of GF intolerence was a great asset to the hotel. "
