"The stay over valentines weekend was phenomenal partly due to the fantastic stay my wife and I had at the Napa Valley Inn. Quaint, elegance, nostalgia, and more.. This is a truly hidden gym. The staff was helpful, gentle and knowledgeable in assisting us. One staffer named Hope was amazingly accomplished in her customer service skill set as well as others in the way she made us feel apart of the Napa River Inn's legacy. Will be back if permitted. "The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in."
