"A beautiful hotel. Felt luxurious and special. The spa is stunning and so much better than the Thermae Spa. I was actually quite gutted that I spent additional money to go there. Stunning interiors and beautiful rooms. I will come back and I will recommend. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The gardens and grounds are absolutely picturesque and impeccably maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks were consistently delicious, and the staff were all attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The spa was impressively large, and my wife especially enjoyed her massage. The only minor downside was that the sauna and steam rooms were quite small, only accommodating around six people at a time, which could be limiting during peak hours. Our room was very spacious and beautifully presented. We did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom, but housekeeping and management were quick to respond and resolved it efficiently, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it."

"Lovely quality hotel with great attentive staff. Easy walking distance into Bath. So great location. The pool and spa area is looking a little tired. Some of the mosaic tiles are missing around the outside pool and because of this my hair was pulled a bit when it got caught in one of the gaps. Would be good if this is looked into "

"The facilities and presentation of the hotel was excellent. Location is perfect. Bedrooms comfortable and roomy. Bar service very good. Breakfast food was good but service was poor. Clearing tables all around was slow including our table. "

"Good value for money. I wouldn't probably stay here for a long trip, but for a couple of days it's perfect. Staff is very polite and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for free before the check-in and after check-out. Breakfast is rather generous and versatile, not everything is delicious but you can easily find what you like. We were concerned that the hotel is on a busy street but we did not hear any traffic noise. "
