"I really enjoyed the stay in this very convenient, reasonably-priced hotel. The staff are friendly, and the room itself is comfortable. Their system for setting room lighting is great for those of us who like different levels of light for different purposes. The rooms themselves are small by design, in that living rooms are common areas, so the guest rooms are the width of the king bed. The shower is also great. Be aware there is no gym. Westminster Abbey, the Parliament buildings, and Buckingham Palace are all within 20 minutes' walk, and Victoria Station, one block away, gets you everywhere. Multiple theaters are also close by for shows like Hamilton and Wicked. Unfortunately, there is a homeless area on Victoria St. near the hotel, but if you cross the street you'll avoid them. "

"It’s was our 4th stay. Apart from a few very minor criticisms, we love the place. Great staff, lovely suite, very good breakfast. Having been awarded Guest of the Day previously, how could we stay anywhere else. Terrific hotel. "

"Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Treated the little ones very well, giving them teddy bears as I was checking in."

"Our stay was made by the hotel greeter at the door of the hotel. This gentleman was friendly and efficient . He helped me park my car in the tiniest of spaces and then ensured that we were pointed in the correct direction for the front desk. We were able to check into one of our rooms early which was easy and efficient. The room clean and comfortable . The second room at 3pm i gave up on until the evening, as the line ups were long and slow to check in . The second room 1234 was very nice, but could have done with a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom. The car parking on the lower ground floor does need to be looked at . Parking is very tight. I had to climb across to the passenger side to get out of my car. Not ideal for a 67 year old lady. A minor fault . A very nice hotel which we will return to again . Second stay. Great area to stay for sightseeing. Tube close by . "

"Amazing place unfortunately we stayed only for one night because we escaped 2 day from our Paris vacation and totally worthy the trip and the stay, my kids loves the service so polite and the location too."

"The hotel is next to Gloucester Road metro station. This is important as the traffic congestion in London is worse every year Save yourself from traffic and use the tube/metro. The hotel is a business hotel with a workable fitness room. Ceiling in the fitness room is a little low for anyone wanting to use the treadmill. You are in walking distance to Natural History museum. Across the street is a grocery store , where I would go as one cannot eat fish and chips daily."
