"The property was exactly as described and extremely spacious and well laid out. The kitchen area is superbly appointed and the addition of a downstairs toilet adds to make it a home from home. Comfortable beds, excellent Wi-Fi and pristinely clean. Have already booked to return on the summer."

"The house was great for our party of 2 families. We had plenty of space and the house is very well equipped. A lovely clean house and great communication with the host. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the house was located well for this. The driveway down had lots of bumps and pot holes which you need to be careful of especially in the dark but other than this wouldn’t change a thing."

"Great communication with James, ideal location. Quiet and easily accessible to Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay. Fabulous local pub, The Red Lion in walking distance. Cottage was modern, clean and very comfy beds. Garden leading to woods and fields. "

The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch.The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and it was clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort."

The property has a beautiful wood burner which heated the property as well as central heating.Large kitchen/dinning room/ sitting room so if cooking you do not feel left out from the rest of the group/ family. The garden was large garden fir Bbq would be great for BBQs."

"We are a group of 5 ladies who have been friends for 35 years and love our weekends away . Rye is a fabulous place and the house in a perfect location in Rye. The house has been decorated and designed so well with plenty of space for 5.Maybe a little snug in the sitting room but we managed to get cosy. The beds are extremely comfortable with lovely quality linen. Check in was ok, although we did need to ask for help as the directions to find the right gate weren’t altogether clear. We got...
