"The lady at the front desk during check in was not very welcoming. I stood in front of her for close to five minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then her greeting was, "what's the name." Not very professional. Room was worn, but quite. "

"Great lobby, helpful staff, and conveniently located. Their coffee wasn't bad and they use paper cups instead of styrofoam which is much appreciated. We stayed 2 nights and were surprised that they did not take the trash out or freshen the room the second day. They did not mention when we checked in that we had to request service or explain that they did not provide any cleaning on the 2nd day. "
