"Not the greatest, the refrigerator was not working and when I called the front desk, I was told it would be mentioned to the manager and that they could help by tagging our items that needed to be refrigerated with our name and they could hold our stuff in their refrigerator, the purpose of having a refrigerator in the room is so that you have access to whatever I brought to have in the refrigerator in the first place. Not the greatest customer service. "
