This is the type of place Bell Rock Inn is. We had a trip booked through Expedia and did get the non refundable rate. But unfortunately my wife had to deliver our baby prematurely a few days before our trip so we could not go. We tried to contact them directly to see if we could at least get a credit not necessarily a refund for a future rebooking and they never replied to us despite them responding to us one time when we initially reached out. Expedia tried to reach out to them and they ignored them as well. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just so this goes on record. I would not recommend this property based on their dishonorable behavior.

Very nice place, but getting a little dated and worn. Could use a remodel upgrade. Plenty of good restaurants nearby within walking distance was a plus.

This property is located in a wonderful part of the world. The room was very spacious and had good amenities. However, we switched to this hotel for a hot tub and it was not working. I personally feel, hotels should waive the resort fee if the services are not fully functioning, especially when it is in winter and that is what people are looking forward too. Beds were spacious but average in comfort.

First we got the wrong room it looked like someone destroyed it then when we got moved we still did not get the room we payed for so no view or balcony. The first day we wake go to vehicle someone sprayed sun tan spray all around our truck had to be on purpose everythi g was a lie said soft bed hard has a rock it was horribly loud. So if these are things you like this is the pkace for you.

Management upgraded us to an apartment with two bedrooms from our expected two studios. The living spaces on the second floor has extraordinary views, and the bedrooms on the first floor had personal patios, although not private. The kitchen and three bathrooms were a very nice luxury Cleaning was lax. Curtains had dust at the top, dirt on the floor behind the door in two bathrooms. Maintenance was needed on light switches. Only one pool was open of the three available. Not sure what the resort fee was for.
