We had an awesome NYE stay at High Country, we loved the lounge bar and fire pits. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The mirrors were very dirty and the walls and bathroom door could have used a good wipe down but everything else was great!

I think I got flea bites from staying here. The outdoor seats were covered in dog fur, overall it was an ok stay. My kids really enjoyed the game room !

Good stay, an updated chic motel with a retro theme, love the vietnamese coffee in room, food at the general store, set up is like a motel so a bit more noisy but nothing too bothersome. Overall would recommend.

I liked the decor and style of the property and room- but the shower made zero sense. The minute you turned it on, it flooded the entire floor. The nonrefundable pet fee was the highest out of the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip. The property was noisy- cars would pull up and you could hear everything. We didn't sleep well. We wouldn't stay here again. I am surprised it has such great reviews?

Our room was not clean and there were dirt left all over the floor. When we reported the incident to manager she was rude and just said do you want to change the room. Later in the evening I was excited to have my kids play in the game room but unfortunately they rent that area for private parties. Big disappointment as that was the main reason I even booked the room. Same manager again was extremely rude and said to me, it is what it is. People rent out rooms in this hotel for parties. In that case, don’t advertise that as part of guest experience when it’s not available. Manager h isn’t friendly at all.
