"Not trying to be funny, but I honestly think most of the bad reviews are coming from the ones who booked the cheaper rooms. They honestly look a little suspect in the pics so not sure why people are surprised. However, I stayed in the executive suite on the 19th floor and it was perfect! So much so I’m going back this weekend. "

"Our room was HUGE, 2 queens. The staff was very nice and helpful. Checkin/Checkout was a breeze. The location is very walkable, valet parking was $38 while self park was $30, for the extra $8 it was worth it to have it in secure parking with in/out privileges. The rooftop restaurant had wonderful city views and a $5 @ 5pm happy hour."
