A very nice hotel, so close to the airport and the front desk manager was so nice and helpful with options for parking our car and helping to find dinner locations nearby. This will be our new go-to hotel for all travel when we go in and out of the airport.

What I liked was the convenience of being close to the airport but that convenience came with the downfall of the noise of the airplanes as they came to land. The hotel offered courtsey shuttle to and from the airport. the only bad part was there was no shuttle service for a three hour span of time between 1-4 pm. So you either had to leave before 1 pm or get to the airport on your own.

The room was very clean upon arrival, so that was nice, and it was very close to the airport. Sadly the stay was ruined by all of the noise from other guests and/or friends of guests. Some dudes working for "Two guys and a Truck" showed up in 2 moving trucks around 11PM and proceeded to stay outside of the trucks shouting with one another all night like it was their personal bar, bothering every guest on that side of the hotel. Then people slamming doors all night and moaning at the top of their lungs. Felt like I was back in the ghetto. Won't be staying again.

The van driver and hotel staff were very pleasant. I booked the hotel at what I thought was an "airport hotel" and did not expect it to be in what seemed to be a run-down area. The hotel was old and needed updating. Carpets in halls appeared dirty although the room was clean. I did not use the shower as it didn't look very sanitary. Breakfast was mediocre.

Leticia! She is welcoming, warm and helpful. After such chaos at the airport, being exhausted and just looking for a place to lay low til my early morning flight, the Wingate was a comfortable, safe haven. And Leticia was like family. I will definitely stay at the Wingate again!

The people there were not vary helpful I had to sit at the airport for over an hour waiting to be picked up by the shuttle evidently they don't have anyone operating the shuttle before 4 pm also had to call a taxi to get a ride back to the airport the next morning as the shuttle also doesn't run before 5 am My flight was at 6am and we need to be at the airport 2 hours prior to the flight .I prepaid for the room and when I got to the motel they wanted my credit card and the put another 40.00 charge to it not sure what that was for .am suppose to get a refund but it's been two days now and so far no refund
