"This hotel blew out my expectations. They serve a free breakfast and dinner that is unique every night, as well as complimentary popcorn! Despite being right next to a major road, the room was so quiet. All of the staff were attentive and always willing to help. Room cleaning was never intrusive but always made sure the room stayed neat. If I'm every in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area, I will be staying here again. "

"I was originally staying at a different hotel which turned out to be unsafe and in a terrible area. Once i cancelled my stay there i found this hotel that had a vacancy that night. This place was the salvation i needed. Everything was clean, the front desk was amazing, even the water in the lobby tasted amazing. The bed was so comfortable I nearly slept through my alarm I set.
