"The Omni in Charlotte is perfect for walking anywhere you need to go. Lots of restaurants, food trucks, sports stadiums and stores. There were a few homeless people around but they didn’t bother anyone. "

"Was there only one night, but was there 2 years ago and had the same very nice stay. Will stay again. Clean, friendly staff, quiet, smooth check in and out. "

"The room is quite dated and the lighting is really poor. The front desk people were great!!!! The gym is really lacking and the lounge is super small. I needed a place to crash, as my flight was super delayed. So, the stay is ok. I would never select this hotel if I the visit was planned, tooooo dated. "

"The only reason why I couldn’t give 5 stars overall was because some of it was under construction. But staff couldn’t have been better, room was very clean & tidy. Breakfast was fine. "

"Area looks clean but in my room the sink was clotted and the toilet was leaking water. Also they charged $18 per person for some scramble eggs and bacon buffet this was very disappointing. At least give me a breakfast from the menu for such price. "
