"Beautiful hotel and excellent location in SouthPark. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Checking early wasn’t an option and I showed up 3 hours early. Check in time isn’t until 4:00. I did get to check in around 3:30. So, just keep in mind to not show up too early. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful common areas-courtyard, pool with waterfalls… lots of elevators located around the premises. My one bedroom suite has a full kitchen tucked away-with full size refrigerator. Spacious living room and dining area… large bedroom and nice bathroom. Big screen tvs in LR & BDRM. One complaint was the restaurant was not open except for the buffet for $17 and it wasn’t great. The website stated —as well as the scan on the menu— that we could order other items than the buffet-and that it was open for lunch. They said since Covid, they didn’t have those options… that should definitely be changed on the menu to reflect as such. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience! "
