"The home needs a lot of updates. The bathroom walls had cracks and there was no water pressure and only luke warm water in the shower and sink. The bedrooms had sheer type drapes and you could see outside and inside with the homes right next to each other. The kitchen cabinets were greasy, the freezer had lots of food in it mostly expired. "Three of us enjoyed this upstairs apartment centrally located in the commercial area of Saugatuck. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the nearby river. Parking was easy and convenient behind our building as well as down the street. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved kicking back in the living room. We could open the door to the small balcony and enjoy the fall breeze coming through. Kitchen was adequate but we ate out for all meals. "

"The unit was super clean and the view was great! Unfortunately the directions to get there were not so good. This Unit is above a restaurant, which is fine, but it should’ve been disclosed so we could find it! It was dark when we arrived and there were no lights on outside of the unit. The staircase was dark and steep. Then the fireplace didn’t work. I had text the property manager with no response back. The fireplace was one of the reasons I wanted to stay here. "The check-in process was seamless. The property has several entrances, so it makes it easier unloading and loading especially in the colder weather. The apartment was perfect for 6 adults and there were enough towels, rags. Loved the stay, loved visiting the game room and the library in this castle is amazing like reminded me of beauty and the beast :). Sue thought of everything when she put this place together - it’s comfortable and beautiful, with easy access and a lot of additional features you’ll never get with the traditional hotel.
