We found the unit to be quiet, despite being close to 131. Dealing with the property manager was easy. We definately would stay here again the next time we plan a weekend in Grand Rapids. One note, you can decide if it is a positive or negative, the cleanning lady was in the unit before we dropped off the keys/parking...
