"I will start with all the good, because there is only one negative in my truthful opinion. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Everything was well cooked and the serving area was large and clean so lots of room to maneuver. Awesome seating options around the restaurant, with second floor seating which is pretty cool. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature. The hot tub was so relaxing and clean. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. We got there a little bit early and the woman at the front desk was so polite and even let us check in early, which gave us more time in the pool! The hotel was clean and everyone was very kind. The restaurant food was delicious, I highly recommend the Italian sub. And now the one negative… The arcade was lacking. I think more than half the games were out of order and that was a big bummer since that’s one of the reasons we chose to stay there. If you are going to offer an arcade room as an amenity, you have got to do better than that. Otherwise …everything else was A !!!!!."

"A very beautiful room! The floor plan was set up perfectly. Kitchen was well appointed with a refrigerator microwave barstools adjoining the living area with TV and couch. The bathroom was clean spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower. The light fixtures were modern. The entire room was welcoming, and we both felt it was one of the prettiest rooms we have ever been in and we are old and travel a lot. 😆 I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Grand Rapids whether it's business or pleasure."
