Close to lots of things to do,we parked our car and walked the whole weekend.The hotel was great and very clean and I’m a picky person when it comes to staying somewhere,we will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Across the street from Van Andel Arena. Easy parking in hotel lot ($33/night, which is fair for downtown GR). Came to GR to see TSO Christmas show with my 2 teens. We had a queen suite and it had a great view of downtown, and we could monitor arena traffic from our room. Room was well-equipped and we enjoyed the setup with 2 queen beds and my son slept on the pull-out in the living room. The kitchen had an apartment size fridge, electric cooktop and dishwasher. We had a few hours to spare before the show, so we went through a walk through downtown to the DGX about 6 blocks away and picked up ice cream bars, snacks and drinks for after the show. We logged into our family streaming account on the room tv, so the room was ready for complete chill mode after we got back. We could see that a line was forming for the concert, so we went downstairs, crossed the street and got in line. We had a great time at the show. The concert ended at 9:15 pm. We were back to our room by 9:30. I went down to The Foolery restaurant (located on ground floor of hotel, open until 10pm on Sunday) and ordered their specialty pizza. I was back to the room before 10pm with a delicious 6 slice New York style pizza. After a night at an intense rock concert, it was exactly what we needed! Our drinks were cold in the fridge, and our ice cream bars were the perfect dessert. We all slept luxuriously on nice bedding with plenty of pillow. The hot breakfast was delicious and above par! Great trip!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the check in desk was very nice and professional. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of breakfast items, and the coffee was really good (for hotel coffee). We recommend this place.

I stayed in room 413. My two girlfriends and I were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful view from our room! The room was spacious with a small kitchenette. We were impressed with the staff, as they were attentive. I accidently left my mushroom coffee in the cafe, and the gentleman working the front desk had it behind his desk. He gave it back to me. I am definitely coming back!

3.5 I really liked this hotel. The decor and room setup were on point. And I felt very insulated despite being right downtown in a popular area. All the amenities were excellent, except one. The complimentary breakfast was not good. I feel like if that is improved, I could get this review to be a 4 or 5 star.

Beautiful hotel and nice breakfast. Parking was very tight as there were one or two spots left in their parking garage and some people cannot park properly, but we managed to find a spot!

This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Perfect for staying overnight if you have a VanAndel event to go. Its right across the street! Two bars/restaurants at ground level have great options. The parking garage connected to the hotel will get full on a weekend by 5pm, so keep that in mind. The rooms are so clean and modern and the beds are very comfortable. Although the outside noises weren’t too disturbing, the only request I would have is to place white noise machines in the room.
