"The staff were excellent - at all levels. Initial welcome was friendly and efficient and housekeeping was first class. Rooms lovelyu and clean. Only issue we had was that the first room was full of "characterful" eaves but also angles and low ceilings which would have been fantastic for smaller guests but for a 6ft 2 big lad with only one eye was asking for trouble which I then duly got! "The hotel is in a fantastic location: close to Paddington station, lots of bars and restaurants around the area. But, they need to update this hotel desperately. It’s outdated, filthy, wallpaper peeling off, TVs don’t work, just incredibly grubby. You’re paying for the location and not a nice nights sleep."

"Booked a single room which was in the basement, quite small but perfect for what I needed. Nice decor inside, big bathroom, decent amount of tech. Only slight negative was the noise from street level. Would stay again"

"The hotel is completely renovated and only 5 minutes walk from Earl's court metro and bus station. There are a lot of dining options around it. Ibram at reception was very kind and helpful. Downside: Rooms are on the smaller side."
