"The Mayfair Townhouse is a gem in London. My friend and I stayed there on an extended weekend trip to celebrate our birthdays and had a simply wonderful experience. We were looking for accommodations in a great neighborhood, as women traveling alone we were looking for a safe, modern, and easily accessible hotel. The kind lobby attendant was happy to help us and the check-in desk handled our efficient check-in and gave us a route for a quick walking tour of the neighborhood while we waited for our rooms to be ready everyone provided excellent customer service. The lobby is well-appointed there is a bar, and the rooms are modern and chic. I had originally booked a cabin room but upgraded my reservation to a classic. The room was perfect for someone traveling alone or with a partner. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was generous. The mini bar was complimentary so I was able to have free water and snacks! The neighborhood can't be beat. Everything was amazing!"

We had an issue in our room (dripping and no AC in July) and they actually moved us to the property across the street which was also a raddison blu so I should review that one, but they were lovely and helped us move in the night without issues. I was also pregnant and they were very accommodating "
