"Great stay - very welcoming greeting on arrival. We were early and the room wasn’t ready understandably but it was prioritised and ready within half an hour. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Lovely room with nice outlook very comfortable bed. Great location."

She was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive—always going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel itself is ideally located, impeccably clean, and offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. But what truly set it apart was the exceptional service, especially from people like Nebyat who clearly care about their guests. Thank you to the team at Marble Arch Hotel—and especially to Nebyat—for such a lovely stay. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"We had a one night stay at the St Giles Hotel. We chose this hotel primarily because of it's location, just off Tottenham Court Road. We chose a 'signature' double room. Whilst the room was still rather cosy, it was well kitted out with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. I would think that the room had recently been refurbished since the decoration was all clean and fresh. The en suite was very stylishly decorated and the shower powerful with plenty of hot water. The room was exceptionally clean. We had a good breakfast at the hotel. Ali, one of the chefs, was particularly helpful. He was kind enough to make me a single portion of porridge with almond milk, since i cannot have dairy. Really friendly chap and we had a good conversation about nutrition too. All in all a very good stay at the St Giles and will be very happy to stay here again. "
