"Everything about our room for the 13 day stay was quite good, one minor exception was the blinds in the window being fixed in different positions. The bathroom was excellent, with a strong shower, and associated storage being good for our stay. The room lighting is good and fun, with the colors over the bed. The heating/cooling controls required 4 days of experimentation to partially figure out…a simpler more effective control should be on the to-do list, along with the blinds."

"We stayed at the Cumberland Hotel for a celebratory weekend away following our wedding and the hotel exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our check in experience by Ali Mansour was one of the best we have had to date, he was extremely welcoming, professional and accommodating to our needs and gave a great first impression of the hotel. From then on the service from staff in both the main restaurant and breakfast room did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and the live music entertainment in the evening topped it off! The location is central so ideal for those looking to explore london.
