"Walking distance from the Haymarket station. A few minutes of walk will take you to lots of dining options, Edinburgh castle and Waverly station. "A wonderful place to stay, a resort hotel so you can be self sufficient. The rooms are a suites, with table & chairs, couch & comfy chair as well as a well equipped mini kitchen. The bathroom was amazing with a deep claw footed bath, although the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. Will definitely stay here again."

"No access to WiFi. No parking. No breakfast. No outlet in the bathroom. Bathroom mirror is the only one in the entire place. Kitchen filthy and muggy smelling. Second bed has no blankets and dirty coverless duvet was on the floor in the closet. Sheets were clearly not washed as they had hair and dirt in feet area. Instead of putting tacky mints out why not wash the sheets? Closet space was a standing nylon thing they fell over when touched it. We stayed one night out of the two booked, only...
