Service was exceptional as well, wanted to take some time to thank Ted for introducing us to all the hotel amenities and arranging the airport taxi for us. Love that they put together some thoughts into the room card package- with 2 post cards, an old city map, and a puzzle piece for you to design and decorate the hotel wall. "The service was as good as it possibly could, the staff was friendly and took notes of my personal requests. The room was a little compact but really good quality for the price. I love the bed especially. The drawback is the extremely strong smell of bleach as soon as I walked in the room. It was so strong I wasn’t sure if it was safe to stay in the room. I was too tired to make a complaint as I just flew half the earth and really needed a good sleep."
