The staffs were so kind to the customers, especially Yuki and Jenny from Taipan lounge, since arrival they welcomed us with lovely smile and assisted us with everything! And Jasmine from Robin’s Grill, we had amazing meal (I highly recommend this place). From their amazing customer service, we will definitely come back this year! "Staff was excellent and professional. Property was slightly dated, but not by much and still very comfortable. Everything was walkable - 2 MRT stations, night market, etc. It was close enough to get to Daan and Taipei 101, but far enough that it was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend."

Rooms were a good size with complimentary pineapple cake snacks and nice coffees refilled each day. Showers were powerful and clean too.
