"All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!"

"Rooms rather small with lack of storage space. Unable to dispose of toilet paper into WC is unacceptable. Lounge area at the lobby was a plus with free croissant breakfast and cup noodles for supper. The reception staff were average with exception of Eric!! He responded to my queries before my arrival promptly and managed to help us book dinner at a famous taiwanese cuisine restaurant. "
