"My stay was great! The room was clean and orderly. They have a smart toilet which was amazing. I had a view of the city from my room. The breakfast buffest was good. They cater more to Asian cuisine but you can find eggs, toast and cereal. They cleaned everyday and gave us fresh towels daily. "Only 5 minutes walk from xinbeitou train station. The downside is when its a rainy day because they don’t have fetch services. The room is very spacious. It’s very suitable for the couple and for honeymoon place.The onsen is big enough for 4person. The complimentary for breakfast was amazing too. "Beautiful traditional Japanese style hotel with helpful multilingual staff. Delicious buffet breakfast with mostly authentic Japanese dishes although they did try to cater to Western tastes. Shuttle service to the station was very useful. Hot spring was onsite but no swimsuits allowed but no one mentioned it, no written instructions and so I got yelled at! Another disappointment which we didn’t realise was that the restaurant was closed so there wasn’t anything to eat all day when we got there....

"The hotel is very dated. There is no hot spring so they gave some bath salt but it is absurd to fill the large tub with water with bath salts so we skipped it. Staff don't really speak English and they should really invest in updating the hotel and some technology (not card system) to manage their whole. "
