"On arrival we were guided by a member of staff to complete check in online. Apart from helping activate the room key the only other interaction was advising that breakfast was available to book oh and you have to pay a £50 security deposit which is returned when you leave minus any charges to the room. The room itself was very nice, was on the 6th floor and could almost see St Pauls catherdral. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was nice. We were only staying 1 night but we struggled to...

Excellent hotel

"The hotel was beautiful, the bar areas were fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Hasan booked me in on arrival and he couldn’t have been nicer. The room itself was perfect for one person with an excellent shower and it was super clean. Would definitely stay here again. "

"It is Only 2min walk from Paddington station. Super convenience location for shopping and go anywhere include 25min to LHR Airport and 1hr 20min to Bicester Village (London Outlet). Super friendly staffs to carry my heavy luggage upstairs to my room. Excellent hotel location I must say. 😊👍"
