"Room for four was simple but all that we needed. Clean and comfortable beds and good working condition bathroom. Hanger/wardrobe space and tea/coffee/fridge facilities. We were able to store our luggage in the luggage room on day of arrival and departure, though the tagging system isn’t very efficient and is left for customers to do themselves so I wouldn’t trust leaving valuable items there. Our room was in the basement which was unfortunately extremely noisy each morning with other guests...

"This hotel was very comfortable. I stayed whilst commuting to work and it is just a short walk to the tube station. What stood out was the high quality amenities and bathroom suite. The hotel had a luxury feel and I felt comfortable and peaceful in the room. Overall a pleasant stay and will be sure to make this my regular stay for work trips in London or even as a couples trip. "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location: close to Paddington station, lots of bars and restaurants around the area. But, they need to update this hotel desperately. It’s outdated, filthy, wallpaper peeling off, TVs don’t work, just incredibly grubby. You’re paying for the location and not a nice nights sleep."

"Booked a single room which was in the basement, quite small but perfect for what I needed. Nice decor inside, big bathroom, decent amount of tech. Only slight negative was the noise from street level. Would stay again"

"The hotel is completely renovated and only 5 minutes walk from Earl's court metro and bus station. There are a lot of dining options around it. Ibram at reception was very kind and helpful. Downside: Rooms are on the smaller side."
