"Very convenient easy acces"

"Attended a business dinner then stayed overnight. The food was lovely including the breakfast. Rooms were good (great shower pressure!). The only slight negative was that the earliest breakfast (Saturday) was 8am. My colleague had to leave at 7:15 so he left without food. "

"We like this hotel as it's really well placed for us when we visit family. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's been our go to place to stay for at least 4 years. 👍"

"Pros - great staff at check in. She was very helpful. Room clean, especially bathroom and bed linen. Staff at breakfast were good also. Lots of options for breakfast. Reasonably quiet in the room. Little noise from other guests. Great value hotel close to Walsall. Cons - unpleasant, strong smell at entrance to the hotel due to smoke. Room had similar smell - perhaps previous guest had been smoking in the room, but can't be certain. Overall - positive experience. Would stay again."

"Arrived to find all lights out. Rang up and was informed the keys were under a rock outside. Room was clean but the mattress on the bed was cheap and worn out. It rates as the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. TV was on a low table instead of the wall resulting in a stiif neck to watch it. Nothing in local area to improve my opinion. I will not be staying again."
