"The VIP Access allowed me free self-parking as well as an upgrade from Junior Penthouse to Penthouse which was a lovely bonus. The place was easy to find and park. There was no need to drive anywhere for dining as there were plenty of options all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The penthouse itself was a magnificent space which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in. "Our stay was lovely the staff was so attentive our kettle wasn’t working in our room so we called reception and they fixed it immediately, there was a few different places where there was dust and the shower floor and water marks on the shower door but overall very clean "
