"Amazing staff make this place my second home. So much choice of eating places and where to spend your lazy days in the sun. The grounds are kept immaculate by the gardeners and thanks to housekeeper Ahmed. Always something good to eat and treated like a Queen by the staff. My favourite place in the day lazing by the pool at la Perla and being looked after by best waiter Mohamed. Ate in all the buffet restaurants and looked after by Saad, Mostafa,Shady,Mahmoud,Ahmed (my heart). See you all again next time. "

"I read many reviews and was at first hesitant, but I went there and was very pleasantly surprised. The resort is older, but it has a charm to it. The food is good and there are a lot of choices. My junior suite was enormous. When you combine the cost and what you get, this place is a bargain. Definitely deserves 5 stars. "

"Great option in Hurghada Near the option and city centre It is not a very new hotel but it has been undergoing small improvements. All the areas and room are always clean and tidy. The beach is very nice and we can find a lot of pools inside the complex. The dining options seem to be way better than the average. The alcohol options are not at the same level as in other countries but still good. Although we could find a lot of strange people reserving sunbeds when they wake up (and don't show up for hours) we never had problems finding sunbeds - this politic shoud be reviewed by the hotels by the way."

"It was the 1st time for me to try rixos chains but definitely it will not be the last. The hotel facilities and services is perfect. The stuff was very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The shuttle bus is fast every 5 to 10 mins there is a shuttle bus. You don't need to wait along to find a place in the shuttle bus. The kids club was perfect my daughter like it very much and the stuff was very friendly. We need to thank Marian from the kids club . Regarding the alcart restaurant. It was amazing a big thank to Salt restaurant and youssry from Salt ,mangal restaurant (big thank to chef Reda and Mohamed) and people's. The food was superb and very tasty. You have alot of varieties and with a very good quality. Thank you Islam from turquoise restaurant. "

"Listen, this resort is amazing!!! We were sooo impressed with everything. The food options and the quality of the food is phenomenal and there is always something you will find to enjoy. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the far walk from our room. Which was completely our fault because we chose sea side view and it was an AMAZING view but it was so far from the lobby and restaurant etc but apart from that, the experience here was perfect. We will definitely come back soon. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!"

"We stayed one night after a week of scuba diving the seed Sea. It was a nice way to finish up our trip. Rides were fun, good choices were old Rufus and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us early check in and allowed us to dine in a restaurant even though we didn't have reservations. "
