Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time. "Check in was not ideal and they originally refused to accommodate my ask of a double bed. We also watched some people get welcome drinks while we were left to stand around waiting. That said the manager was able to swiftly sort the problem and the rest of the stay was lovely This is a great hotel, Really nice cool area and the beach area is also lovely. The buffet was good with lots of options. I definitely stay here again"
