We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. Housekeepers came often to keep it clean, and they changed the bedsheet whenever they came.The Villa has a nice view .Personally I had a good experience using the pool.
