"Had an amazing time at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The staff were super friendly, the rooms were nicr and big, and the whole place had a lively vibe. Kids loved the water park. Entertainment team really brought the energy. Would definitely come back! --- Let me know if you want it even more casual or tweaked for a specific audience. "

"A nice and pretty small resort, with both pool and easy access to beach with free chairs and towels. Very good food that was varied everyday. A small gym and spa area. And helpful staff in a clean environment. Only complain from my side is that there was only wi-fi in the lobby (where the seating area is good) but the music from the club area was very loud. Totally worth the money spent though."

"Not five stars worth - dirty, towels smell of cigaret smoke, 50 % of service staff do not speak english, Lousy food and the same each day, a chef stood behind the buffet eating with his hands from the buffet which are very bad hygiene only internet working probely is in the lobby, building or renovation in progres - the lobby bar and lobby staff in the bar was doing a great job but this place is NOT a five star resort."

"The hotel is great, im not sure why people have given it a low rating. Overall it was a great stay! The road is being all.re done with bricks, alot of work indoor/outdoor ... the beach is great, place is Excellent.."

"Good options for dining and great pool. The downside is that the elevators are located in the center of the building, so if you are staying a bit far from them, you have a long walk to your room."

"Fantastic property and staff, we were all well looked after. The water slides kept the kids and adults going for days and days. The only thing we thought would work better was to have an a la carte meal once a week and also some more premium drinks on offer but only minor issues. "

"Excellent resort with one potential deal-breaker. Firstly, the rooms are nice, the cleaning staff excellent, and the food is fantastic. The nightly entertainment is better than many resorts I’ve been to, and I like that it ends at a reasonable hour. The one issue is the lack of drinks service around the pool. Two to three times a day someone comes around with a tray of mostly non-alcoholic drinks, but if you want to avoid dehydration you need to get up and walk to a bar. If you go to the quiet, heated pool, this can be a long way to walk. So if you drink a lot, alcoholic or otherwise, I’d recommend committing to the noisier main pool"

"The services were amazing, awesome, kind and patient people, they were always smiling and all the time happy to help. If I could come again in Egypt, I would definitely chose Sunrise Aqua Joy again! The staff priority was our comfort and well being, I am really impressed about that. I leave the resort yesterday but I already miss those people and that place. Thank them for everything! God bless them all! ❤️"

"The staff is the best thing in this hotel . They make your stay easier by doing what you are thinking of . Thank you Mr mohamed gamal and Mr ahmed wahbey from the reception and also the beach bar mohamed basiony and ahmed . Also in lobby bar walid and ahmed . You all doing a great job "

"My stay here was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed everything about Serry beach. The property was clean and modern. Employees were friendly and helpful. Fatma at the front desk was especially helpful and provided us with great local recommendations. I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. I would stay here again, and again. 10/10 highly recommend. "
