"The hotel is in a good location to visit Vienna. The train station is 5-8 minutes away in one direction, and the tram is 3 minutes away in the opposite direction. The hotel room was a good size for two people, and the bed was comfortable. The soundproofing prevented the traffic noise from disturbing my sleep. I didn't eat in the hotel resturant or use the bar as I was taken out by family who live here to local resturants."

"Very comfortable beds, bathrooms, loved the coffee machine in the room. The bar/breakfast room on the top floor is spectacular and breakfast delicious with lots on offer. Rooms felt a bit like bunkers, and style overall is quite dark and sultry, not the best option for young children as there isn't really anywhere for them to run around, but recommend for couples/solo travellers."

"The staff were fantastic. They are helpful and polite. Hotel is nice and walkable to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel bar had live music and it was great. People were dancing to great music. I had stayed in 2 other hotels during my trip due to work, etc, and if I had to choose again, I would stay at this hotel the whole time as the other 2 (Hilton Vienna Park and InterContinental) were rather disappointing. "
